Our service provides information to third parties (such as first responders) at your direction. In any medical emergency, always contact emergency services (911) immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, selecting a membership plan, or using the
QR code system, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Membership & Subscriptions
We offer tiered membership plans. By subscribing, you agree to the specific limits of your chosen plan:
Individual
1 Profile / 1 Vehicle
Couples
2 Profiles / 2 Vehicles
Family
Up to 5 Profiles / 5 Vehicles
- Payments are billed monthly or annually as per your selection.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled via your account dashboard.
- You may cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately upon payment of the prorated difference.
3. Accuracy of Medical Information
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information entered into your profile. You agree to review and update your medical data regularly.

4. Physical Products & Delivery
Membership plans include the ability to order physical wallet cards and windshield decals.
- Products are personalized based on the data in your selected profile at the time of order.
- Once a physical order is processed, modifications cannot be made.
- Shipping times vary by location; we are not responsible for carrier delays.
5. Privacy & Security
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not track your location or send automatic alerts. Information is only shared when a responder scans your QR code or accesses your secure medical PDF link.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law,
shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to medical complications or data inaccuracies.
